We are a small, family operated business. We got started in the mobile food operator business in 2015 when we purchased a used, custom made frozen dessert cart for our boys, ages 23 and 16, to serve hand scooped Italian Ice for both public and private events. We quickly learned that we could be more versatile if we were able to offer food as well and knew right away that we wanted to serve pizza with our hand scooped Italian Ice. After doing extensive research, we decided we wanted to offer wood-fired pizza and had a custom made concession trailer built with a wood fired oven inside of it. In 2017, in the spirit of every accomplishment starts with the decision to try, Anthony decided to compete in the Caputo Cup with many talented pizzaiolo’s across the country and came in 7th place out of the 40 competitors within his division. We are very proud of his accomplishment!
